A taskforce has been announced to look at ways of developing New Zealand's capital markets.
It will be chaired by investment banker Rob Cameron.
Commerce Minister Lianne Dalziel says the taskforce will find ways to help New Zealand companies access affordable capital.
It has been given a deadline of late next year to produce an action plan.
