Labour Party trade spokesperson Maryan Street says her bill banning imports made using slave labour, will be another nail in the coffin for slavery.
Ms Street's members bill was drawn from the ballot, and will be debated in the house.
She says the bill will enable the Government to identify countries using slave labour and to ask them to verify that particular products are not made using such labour.
Ms Street says the bill is part of the modern day movement for human rights and free trade.
