Papua New Guinea's Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare will visit New Zealand next month.
New Zealand Prime Minister John Key says Sir Michael will be in the country from 19-23 April.
Mr Key's office has confirmed that Sir Michael will also meet with Governor-General Sir Anand Satyanand, business leaders, academics and members of the PNG community.
