Two Tauranga men charged with murdering a 19-year-old and stabbing another young man have pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Takena Tiepa-Ranapia's body was discovered outside a house in Mansfield Street, Ohauiti, on the morning of 19 November 2014.
He had walked 500 metres after being injured, leaving a blood trail through a neighbourhood before dying.
Hours earlier, Brooklyn Ratahi had been stabbed in an incident a few kilometres away.
At the High Court in Tauranga this morning, Hiakita Eruera and Paul Taki pleaded not guilty to murder, assault and grievous bodily harm.
Their trial begins in November.
