The police in Hamilton are expressing concern for the safety of a man missing from the city's mental health unit.
Nicholas Tairoa Stevens, 21, was last seen leaving Waikato Hospital's Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre on Monday.
He had approved release but didn't return.
Mr Stevens has a black cast on his left wrist and a nose ring, shoulder length light brown hair, and a brown goatee beard.
