Christchurch police are appealing to the public for help in finding a 19-year old woman who hasn't been seen since she left her flat last night.

Torrie Amstad left her flat in the suburb of Aranui at about 10 o'clock last night, and has not answered her phone or spoken to friends or family since.
The police said she might have gone to the Lincoln area last night, but could be anywhere in the wider Canterbury area.
She is believed to be driving her red 1984 Mitsubishi Mirage and may have her black and white dog named Paul with her.
Ms Amstad is described as slim with shoulder length hair, and was last seen wearing grey track pants and black ballet flats.
