Police have found a car stolen from an elderly couple who were beaten unconscious in Auckland.
The man and woman were attacked outside their Mount Smart Road home on Saturday night and their car was stolen.
The police said within an hour the car was twice deliberately driven into another car, which had a couple and their children inside.
They said the couple's Toyota Vitz has been seized and will be forensically examined.
