A helicopter will today join the search for a tramper missing in Fiordland National Park for more than two weeks.
Christine Lenicker, a 32-year-old German national, parked her car in the Homer Tunnel car park before beginning her hike on March 30 , and she has not returned.
She was reported missing by friends on 10 April.
The helicopter search will concentrate on the Homer Tunnel and Gertrude saddle areas.
