Police are trying to identify a man who may be able to help them in their search for a missing German tramper.

Christine Lenicker, 38, has been missing for more than two weeks after she set out to hike the Homer Tunnel in the Fiordland National Park.
Police in Southland want to find a male tramper who traveled with Ms Lenicker from Te Anau to the Homer Tunnel car park before she disappeared.
They hope he can tell them exactly where she was planning to go.
