A toddler run over by a truck in Paeroa on Wednesday is now in a stable condition and expected to be moved out of Waikato Hospital's intensive care unit this afternoon.
The 16-month-old girl was hit by a small truck in the driveway of a house in Bush Rd and flown to Waikato Hospital in a critical condition.
She is expected to be moved out of the hospital's intensive care unit this afternoon.
The police said on Wednesday the driver of the vehicle was not connected to the house, and the Serious Crash Unit was investigating the incident.
