A 12-year-old girl is in Waikato Hospital with suspected spinal injuries after she was injured by a cow.
The girl and her mother were moving stock when one of the cows reacted, causing the girl to fall from the quad bike onto the tow bar of a trailer that was attached to the bike.
She suffered neck and back injuries and was flown to hospital by Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
The girl is in a stable condition in a ward.
