Missing Auckland man Bill Davies has been found in a serious condition, lying down on a North Shore golf course this morning.

Mr Davies was found at 10.18am by a member of the public at the North Shore Golf Course on Appleby Road.
He had been missing since Wednesday from a rest home on the North Shore.
Police said he was assessed by ambulance staff this morning and has been taken to hospital in a serious condition.
Mr Davies' sons are on their way to the hospital to see their father.
Mr Davies has a condition that affects his mobility, balance, and ability to think clearly.
At the weekend, his family appealed for information on his whereabouts.
His son had feared that his father would be disorientated and that people may mistake this for intoxication.
