A teenager has been charged with the manslaughter of a 40-year-old man in Invercargill.
Police said Matthew Frederick Coley died in hospital last night after being assaulted outside the Night 'n Day store on the corner of Dee and Esk Streets, early on Saturday morning.
A 16-year-old male has appeared in court and has been remanded in custody to reappear on 2 May.
