A dairy farmer from Omakau has won this year's Rabobank Business Development Award for her project aimed at repositioning her farming operation for expansion.
The award was presented to Jan Manson, who along with her husband, Andrew, owns and operates a 380-hectare farm and leases a further 655 hectares in Central Otago.
It was presented at a graduation dinner for the bank's executive development programme, which focusses on ways of driving businesses forward.
