Wool prices have firmed at this week's combined North and South Island auction. More than 90% of the 24,000 bales on offer were sold.
New Zealand Wool Services International said crossbred prices all gained ground, with coarse fleece prices lifting by up to 6%.
Lambs wool was also up to 3% dearer.
