An online directory of irrigation expertise has been set up to help farmers recover from the storm earlier this month.
Up to 1500 irrigating machines were damaged, mostly in Canterbury.
Irrigation NZ says it set up the online directory to help farmers fast-track repairs.
The directory has information covering five categories, including irrigation-scheme infrastructure, data management and finance.
It can be found at irrigationschemes.co.nz.
