Listed rural services company PGG Wrightson is consolidating its three business units into two.
Its seeds and nutrition business will remain separate, but form the agri-tech division, and its finance and rural services units will be combined into one entity called agri-services.
PGG says the restructuring will unlock value for investors, result in better service for clients, and improve efficiencies.
