The Manchester City football manager Roberto Mancini says there's a chance that Carlos Tevez could make a first-team return against Chelsea within a week.
The Argentine has played just two reserve games in the last few weeks, having been out of action since refusing to warm up for a run against Bayern Munich in the Champions League last September.
Mancini said at the time that Tevez, his former captain, would never play for City again but after losing the Premier League lead to bitter cross-town rivals and defending champions United last weekend, the Italian has changed his tune.
Tevez may be considered for the postponed home game against Chelsea on Thursday.
