The Highlanders coach Jamie Joseph says experience is playing a big part as they managed to close out another super Rugby win.
The Highlanders are 4 from 4 after their win over the Hurricanes, with a late penalty sealing a 19-17 victory.
While they have a few All Blacks in their side, Jospeh says there are a lot of players with five or six years Super Rugby experience now, and that's a big help in the last few minutes when a game is tight.
