Cambo struggling on European Tour

12:45 pm on 24 March 2012

Wellington golfer Michael Campbell's comeback isn't going to plan - he's nine over par through just two holes in his second round at the latest European Tour event in Morocco.

Play was suspended with more than half the field including Cambo still to complete their second round, as strong winds caused a five-and-a-half hour delay at the Trophee Hassan tournament.

Campbell shot an 81 in his first round, so it's not as bad as it seems on the second day for the former US Open champion - all the damage was done in his opening round.

Welshman Phillip Price holds a one-shot lead with five birdies in eight holes to take over at the top of the leaderboard.
