The under pressure Blues Coach Pat Lam says he has recieved hundreds of messages of support from New Zealand and around the world since revealing that his family has been the target of racial abuse over the side's poor form in the Super rugby competition.
The Blues woes continued last night at the hands of the South Africa franchise, the Sharks, when they lost 29-23 at Eden Park.
This week Lam had to hold back tears as he told the media that racial comments had been directed at him and his family through social media sites and talkback radio.
After last night's frustrating loss Lam told reporters that he'd received a lot of support.
