The New Zealand women's hockey coach Mark Hager is likely to bring some new players into the fold for the second Four Nations tournament in Auckland starting tomorrow.

The Black Sticks Women won the first tournament last night with a 3-2 victory over Australia after losing 3-1 in pool play to their trans-Tasman rivals.

The co-captain Kayla Sharland says despite the result, Hager will be keen to test out a few other players ahead of London this year.

The USA and India are also playing in the tournament.
