Ferguson lays down the challenge to Man City

6:59 am on 30 April 2012

Ahead of potentially the decisive English premier league football match tomorrow morning between Manchester United and Manchester City, Alex Ferguson has effectively told City "beat us and the title should be yours".

United hold a three-point advantage going into the Manchester showdown at Eastlands, but a win for City would put them on top on goal difference, and their last two games are at Newcastle, and at home against relegation-threatened Queens Park Rangers.

United's final two games are at home against Swansea and at Sunderland.

City's manager Roberto Mancini believes all the pressure is on United.
