The Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic centre Laura Langman says last night's victory over the Canterbury Tactix, their first in this season's ANZ Championship, is fantastic and will give her side a lot of confidence.
The Magic won 61-52 to leap-frod the Tactix off the bottom of the standings.
Magic shooter Irene van Dyk shot 33 from 33, while goal attack Julianna Naoupu stepped up her game to make a match-winning contribution of 28 from 35.
