Stormers go top of Super Rugby table

The South African side the Stormers are back on top of the Super Rugby standings after beating the New South Wales Waratahs 19-13 in Cape Town.

The Stormers scored two tries to one and closed out the game down the stretch as the visitors tried manfully to reel them in.

The Stormers are top of the standings on points difference from the Chiefs. They're followed by the Brumbies, Bulls , Crusaders and Sharks.

It was a fourth straight loss and eighth loss in 12 games for 10th-placed Waratahs, who are 13 points off sixth spot and a whopping 16 behind the Australian conference-leading Brumbies.
