Jeff Carter scored almost 14 minutes into overtime to lift the Los Angeles Kings to a 2-1 win over the New Jersey Devils and move closer to their first Stanley Cup ice hockey title with a record equalling 10th straight road win.
The Kings lead the series 2-nil.
The best-of-seven series now shifts to the West coast for Games Three and Four on Tuesday and Thursday with the Kings in position to finish off the Devils and hoist the Cup on home ice.
