Novak Djokovic says court conditions not an excuse

Novak Djokovic is refusing to blame his loss in the French Open tennis final on the poor weather conditions.

Djokovic was beaten by Rafael Nadal in four sets when the final continued a day after play had been suspended because of rain.

Nadal becomes the French Open's most successful player with seven titles, one ahead of Bjorn Borg.

Djokovic says the weather favoured both players at different times, but admits the better player won in the end.
