Croat accuses officials of cheating

Wimbledon has been engulfed in scandal on day four following an accusation by the Croatian Ivo Karlovic that officials cheated him out of victory against the home favourite Andy Murray.

Karlovic was called for 11 foot faults during his tight four-set loss to the fourth seeded Scot, and he accused the line judges of deliberately attempting to ease the British player's path through the tournament.

He said he's never in his life been called for anything near that number of foot faults.

Murray admitted he was surprised at the number of foot faults called against the 6ft 10in Croatian.
