The New Zealand squash player Campbell Grayson picked up the fourth title of his career with a courageous win at the Victorian Open in Melbourne.
Grayson, the second seed, trailed 4-6 in the deciding game against the top-seeded Malaysian Nafiizwan Adnan, when he copped an elbow in the nose from his opponent, and needed a 20-minute break to stop the bleeding.
But he came back to win the deciding game 11-8.
The result should return Grayson to the top 50 on the men's tour when the new rankings are released at the end of this month.
New Zealand's Amanda Landers-Murphy made the womens final, but lost in three games to the Korean Song Sun-Mi.
