The Warriors have been struck a major blow ahead of Friday's NRL match against the Broncos after impressive rookie Konrad Hurrell was ruled out of the Brisbane clash.
The 20-year-old hat-trick hero in Saturday's 32-14 win against Gold Coast limped from the field with a foot injury and while he was optimistic he would recover for the Broncos match he's been forced to withdraw.
Utility Lewis Brown will replace him in the centres.
The Warriors have also received some good news however with the club's try-scoring record holder Manu Vatuvei returning early from injury.
The big winger has recovered from a knee operation he had just over two weeks ago.
