The final make-up of the Super Rugby finals series has been determined with three South African, two New Zealand, and one Austrailan side making the top six.

The South African based Stormers finished top-of-the-table, two points ahead of the Chiefs.

The Queensland Reds claimed the Australian Conference and third place in the last round thanks to a bonus point victory over the Waratahs, and will host the South African Sharks next Saturday in the Super Rugby qualifiers.

The Crusaders win over the Force ensured they finished as the fourth placed overall team, ensuring home rights against the Bulls next Saturday in their qualifier.

The Stormers and Chiefs have a rest next weekend.

The Stomers will host the lowest placed winner from next weekends Qualifiers, while the Chiefs will host the highest placed winner from the other game.
