Chiefs make changes for Super Rugby semi-final

The Chiefs have made several changes to the side to face the Crusaders in Friday night's Super Rugby semi-final in Hamilton with top try scorer, prop Sona Taumalolo back in the starting XV.

Hooker Hika Elliot has been dropped to the bench and is replaced by Samoan international Mahonri Schwalger while prop Ben Afeaki returns from injury and will start from the reserves and number eight Kane Thompson returns to the starting XV.

The backline has also been reshuffled with fullback Andrew Horrell moving to centre, wing Robbie Robinson switching to fullback and Asaeli Tikoirotuma and Tim Nanai-Williams moving to the wings from the bench.

Centre Jackson Willison and wing Lelia Masaga drop to the reserves.
