Netballer Julie Corletto has announced that she will be leaving the Melbourne Vixens after accepting an offer to join New Zealand franchise, the Northern Mystics.
Corletto was out of contract after spending five years with the Vixens and has decided on the move to be closer to husband Darryl, who plays for the New Zealand Breakers in the NBL.
She joins a strong Northern Mystics side who only just missed out on last season's grand final when they were beaten by eventual winners the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic in the preliminary final.
