The Warriors hooker Nathan Friend needs surgery to repair his dislocated shoulder and will take up to five months to recover.
Friend suffered the injury in Sunday's National Rugby League loss to Penrith and is expected to have surgery next week.
He's expected to return to full training in the New Year.
Friend missed five games earlier this season after breaking his jaw against Brisbane.
