The All Blacks coach Steve Hansen says it's no surprise Wallabies counterpart Robbie Deans is under pressure to keep his job given his players appeared lost for answers to New Zealand's dominance.

Deans has been heavily criticised following Australia's 22-nil loss to the All Blacks in Auckland last extended which New Zealand's hold on the Bledisloe Cup to a decade.

Since his appointment in 2008, Deans has guided the Wallabies to just three wins in 17 Bledisloe Cup clashes.

Hansen says Deans must feel under pressure along with the players as they didn't appear to have any answers to the All Blacks game plan.

However having spent a lot of time coaching with Deans, Hansen says he's not a bad coach and the Wallabies are still the number two ranked side in the world.
