Four North Queensland league players have been added to the Australian train-on squad for next month's test against the Kiwis in Townsville.
Johnathan Thurston, Matthew Scott, James Tamou and Brent Tate have been added to the national squad after the Cowboys' elimination from the NRL playoffs.
The Canberra duo Blake Ferguson and David Shillington have also been included in the extended squad of players whose teams are no longer involved in the NRL finals.
