Italy's Internazionale football team have beaten rivals AC Milan 1-0 in the Milan derby at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
Argentinian Walter Samuel scored the only goal in the third minute in front of a crowd of 75,000 before Inter went down to 10 men.
But they survived a second-half assault by Milan to claim their 50th Milan derby win in Serie A to their neighbours' 49th.
Inter are fourth in Serie A, where Juventus lead, while Milan are 11th.
