The West Ham defender Winston Reid may be forced to skip the All Whites' Oceania World Cup qualifier in Tahiti, after missing his flight to Auckland to undergo scans in London.
Reid's flying out tonight if he gets the all-clear over back spasms he suffered in the Premier League loss to Arsenal.
He'll miss tomorrow's (Wednesday's) training at least - and it's possible Reid will join the squad too late to play on Saturday.
If that's the case it's likely Reid will be included in the return leg against the Tahitians in Christchurch on Tuesday.
