The drama surrounding Sonny Bill Williams' anticipated return to the National Rugby League took another twist yesterday with reports that a chest injury could keep the dual international out of action for at least two months.
Williams is halfway through a 12 match rugby contract in Japan, believed to be worth 120-thousand dollars a game, he's due to fight the South African heavyweight boxer Francois Botha in just over three weeks, and it's also understood he's set to formally sign a contract to return to league with the Sydney Roosters.
It seems the boxing bout will almost certainly be postponed.
