A late Edin Dzeko goal was enough for Manchester City to steal the points and beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in their English Premier League football encounter.
Spurs led through most of the match after a Steven Caulker goal in the 21st minute.
Manchester City surged back in the second half though, with Sergio Aguero equalising just after the hour and the Bosnian Dzeko coolly finishing to win the game with two minutes to go.
Chelsea drew 1-1 with Liverpool in London, with the Blues captain John Terry once again at the centre of attention.
He marked his return with a fine header to put Chelsea into the lead but was then stretchered off with what looked like a serious injury after a collision with Liverpool's Luis Suarez.
In the morning's other game, West Ham have beat Newcastle 1-0.
