Breakers not complacent against Crocs

The New Zealand Breakers basketballers will look to continue their winning streak as they host the Townsville Crocodiles at Vector Arena.

The Breakers are on a six-game run and on top of the table, while the Crocodiles have lost all eight of their games this season, prompting their chief executive Ian Smythe to resign this week.

Townsville made last season's playoffs but were eliminated by the Breakers en route to their second straight Australian title, and were defeated at home last weekend by the Auckland-based side, as well as earlier in the season.

But Breakers head coach Andrej Lemanis is wary of any complacency.

Lemanis says they don't think it's a done deal and it's hard to beat anyone three times.
