Windies win opening test in Bangladesh

The West Indies have beaten Bangladesh by 77 runs in the first cricket test in Dhaka.

The home side caved in under pressure and were all out for 167 runs in their second innings, having been set a target of 245 runs in a maximum of 78 overs to win on the fifth day.

West Indies pace bowler Tino Best took his first five-wicket haul in test cricket as Bangladesh lost the match despite scoring 556 in their first innings replying to West Indies' 527 for four declared.

West Indies opener Kieran Powell scored centuries in both innings and was named man of the match.
