StrikerDemba Ba has completed his transfer from Newcastle United to fellow English football premier league side Chelsea for an undisclosed fee on a three and a half year contract.
The Senegalese player , who is the joint third highest Premier League goal scorer this season, will be eligible for today's Chelsea's FA Cup tie at Southampton.
Chelsea are currently fourth in the premier league after losing at home to bottom club Queens Park Rangers on Wednesday.
