The disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong has admitted to using blood-boosting EPO, blood transfusions, and testosterone in his much-anticipated interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Armstrong says his seven Tour de France titles were fuelled by an array of drugs, reversing years of denials and says he doesn't believe he could have won the tours without it.
Armstrong says he started using performance-enhancing drugs early in his career and says it was common among his generation of riders.
He told Oprah that he got caught up in perpetuating his fairytale image.
Armstrong admits he was a bully and says other riders in his team could have felt pressured to use performance enhancing drugs.
Armstrong says he didn't do any doping after his comeback and was clean when he competed in the Tour de France in 2009 and 2010 and says he will spend the rest of his life trying to win back people's trust.
