Central Districts have gone back to the top of the Plunket Shield cricket standings after beating Canterbury by 81 runs in Napier.
Canterbury were bowled out for 250 chasing 332 for the win, with spinner Ajaz Patel taking 6 wickets.
Otago had gone top after beating Wellington yesterday, while Northern Districts beat Auckland.
