First for Fiji-Indian player

12:04 pm on 31 January 2013

Rocky Khan seems set to be the first player of Fijian-Indian heritage to represent New Zealand at senior level in rugby when he debuts at the Wellington leg of rugby's sevens World Series on Friday.

Khan's father is Fijian-Indian and his mother a Rotuman Islander, and the 23-year-old's proud to represent both sides of his family in the defending champions' campaign to win a hat-trick of titles.
