NZ takes on Lebanon in Davis Cup today

10:03 am on 1 February 2013

Dan King-Turner and Artem Sitak will play singles for New Zealand in their Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Group 2 tie against Lebanon starting at North Harbour .

One of the Lebanese players only arrived yesterday because of visa issues.

The tie was originally meant to be held in Beirut, however it was then slated to be held at a neutral venue at Cairo, before being transferred late last year by the ITF to New Zealand as a result of player safety concerns.

The winner of the tie will take on either Pakistan or Sri Lanka in April.
