Wagner added to test squad

The Otago fast bowler Neil Wagner has been added to the New Zealand cricket squad for the opening test against England starting in Dunedin on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old took six wickets for the New Zealand XI against England in Queenstown and has headed off Mark Gillespie for the vacant pace bowling role in the Black Caps.

Gillespie claimed five wickets.
