The Oklahoma City Thunder forward Serge Ibaka has been fined $30,000 for striking Blake Griffin of the Los Angeles Clippers in the groin during an NBA basketball match.
The incident happened while the two players battled for rebounding position during a recent match.
Ibaka hasn't been suspended for any games.
Griffin said after the game he was surprised Ibaka wasn't called for a flagrant two foul and ejected from the game.
Ibaka insisted his below-the-belt hit wasn't intentional.
