The South African cricketers have beaten Pakistan by 125 runs in the first one-dayer in Bloemfontein.
Colin Ingram hit an unbeaten century as South Africa made 315 for 4 after being sent into bat.
Pakistan could only manage 190 in reply.
The win gives South Africa a 1-nil lead in the five-match series.
The second match is at Centurion on Friday.
